How to prepare for your visit:
Please make sure all areas you want cleaned are clutter free, this includes picking up all toys and clothes off the floor. A clean up fee of $15 will be added if we have to straighten up before conducting your cleaning.
Make sure the temperature of your home is comfortable. In order for The Klean Team to do their job effectively, your home should be at a comfortable temperature. At least 72 degrees is preferred.
We love pets but not all pets are comfortable with unknown people coming into their environment. If you have anxious animals please put them in a comfortable place so we don’t disturb them.
Also, please let us know if there are any areas in your home that you’re especially big on so we can pay closer attention there!
Do I need to provide anything?
We bring everything that’s needed to clean your home, however, if you prefer a specific product, leave it out when we come for your first initial clean and we will make note of it so we can purchase and have it at your next clean!
What is the cancellation and/or reschedule policy?
Once your appointment is scheduled, you have reserved a spot on our calendar in which our teams financially depend on.
You will receive an email confirmation 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning, you can reply to that email to cancel or reschedule at no charge. If you request to reschedule or cancel less than 48 hours in advance, there will be a $50 cancellation fee.
If The Klean Team travels to your home and they are unable to access or complete your clean, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service fee.
Payment information
We accept cash, check, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle or we can send you an invoice via email in which can be paid with a card.
Payment should be rendered at the time of service.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not completely satisfied, let us know within 24 hours and we will send someone from The Klean Team back to your home to complete what was missed. We do not offer refunds or take money off your service once completed.
Are we insured?Absolutely. We carry insurance for our employees and for the work we do in your home.
What services do you offer?One time deep cleans to get the spots you might not think of during your cleaning routine, move out/in, airBnB or rentals and recurring services like monthly, bi-weekly or weekly.
Will I have the same crew?We try our best to send the same team members to your home, however, we can’t guarantee it.
What about pets?Pets are apart of the family and every member of The Klean Team has at least 1 four legged baby. During your service, we do ask you put your pet somewhere comfortable. Sometimes pets don’t like strangers coming into their space or loud noises like the vacuum.
